Explore the OfferingsOur MissionThe House begins with awareness.
Every one of us moves through life with experiences, beliefs, habits, relationships, and patterns that influence how we see ourselves and the world.
A House of Consciousness offers a framework for exploring these influences. It is not about becoming someone else or finding a perfect way to live. It is about learning to recognize what is happening within and around us, and how we participate.
There is no expectation to have everything figured out before entering.
Six Rooms of Human Experience
The Rooms are different aspects of life we can explore. They are connected, and what happens in one often influences the others.

Relationship

Creation
What am I building through my choices and participation?
Meaning
What gives direction and significance to my life?
The body through which we experience life.
Our bodies are not separate from our experience. Through sensation, movement, emotion, and connection, we receive information and respond to the world around us.
The Instrument invites us to become more familiar with seven capacities: Receive, Orient, Regulate, Move, Express, Relate, and Adapt.
These are areas for exploration, not standards you need to achieve.
Awareness becomes meaningful through participation.
Practices are deliberate ways of engaging with our experience. They can be simple and woven into ordinary life.

Seven Pillars of Conscious Living
These principles guide how we relate to ourselves, others, and the lives we create. Discipline sits at the centre as the ongoing practice of living what we begin to understand.
Recognizing our participation helps us make more conscious choices.
What we begin to see can change what we imagine and create.
Knowing and expressing ourselves supports more honest relationships.
You are part of what you are building.
The Architect is not a title to earn. It represents our developing capacity to notice, choose, and participate with greater intention.
Our history, environment, relationships, and present circumstances all shape what is possible. Conscious living means learning to work with that reality, one choice and one practice at a time.
There is no perfect place to begin.
If you are ready to explore, The Clearing offers a free seven day introduction. You can also discover the other experiences available within the House.
